Choose your acrylic color : gold, silver, black or rose gold (if you choose black the font will be white) If you don’t leave a note with color you will receive silver.
leave a note with the name and phone number if you want that added or just name and acrylic color. Phone number will be under the name (no back side on metallic acrylic, only black and white is double sided)
Keep in mind what size you might need for your size pet, I offer 3 sizes but I can make them larger or smaller upon request. If you have doubts just take a ruler or measuring tape and see if that size makes sense for your pet. (For reference, dogs in photo are wearing 1.9”)
